Sky sports says I have reached my device limit

Hi can someone help, Sky Sports are telling me I have reached my limit for registered devices when there is only one actually registered, I hope someone can help, I cannot call customer services as I am away from home at the moment and want to watch the Rugby final this afternoon.

you need to register a device for Virgin On the Go AND register (potentially separate) your devices for sky sports, so look at the links for registering devices ...I had a similar issue and once  you register the device for sky it worked fine.

Thanks guys, I rest my devices, now I get another error Apologies, this item has been interupted due to an error. Please click play to resume watching. [t:6000 / c:4110]. When I do as they instruct it just come back with the same error message, Looks like I will have to miss the Grand Final afterall : (

Sorted guys, I had a problem with microsoft silverlight too, so I deleted and reinstalled it and I can now watch Sky Sports again.
