Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue getting the new Sky Player to work.
The error message you've posted is possibly caused by the player not being installed properly. Can you double check that you have downloaded and installed the player. It may be worth completely uninstalling this and then reinstalling it to check.
If after checking you are having the same issue, using a different browser could help.
If this still fails then we'll need to look at this further. Come back and let us know how you get on.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times in 4 deferent browsers . Still the same message. I did download the sky cinema player that works perfectly ???. Sky player will not work.entrypoint could not be located in dynamic library . 6 weeks without sky sports.
You may have done this already, but when uninstalling the skysports player prior to a complete reinstall, it is also a good idea to check your installed apps for the cisco video guard player, and any other cisco apps that were installed at the same time that you originally installed the skysports player. If you uninstall these too, and then reinstall the skysports player, you may (just may!) get a better result.
