Sky sports not working through Virgin Anywhere

When i try to log on to sky sports i get the message "you have reached the limit of registered devices". This seems to happen every couple of months for no apparent reason. I have tried deleting the device and starting again. This works sometimes but is very unpredicable.

Can you help as its very frustrating

Make sure you are looking in the sky sports and cinema section on the TV Anywhere settings page. It is separate to the main TV anywhere device registration page and the two are not synched.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. Unfortunately I have tried all of this in the past. I have used my laptop to watch sport before but every now and then it just stops working and I need to reset the device. This time unfortunately i cannot get it to work.

Any other suggestions
