Sky sports device limit

Have seen many people having the same issue. Only have one device registered but cannot watch sky sports through their app.

Have also tried phoning 150 but with no success

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board in the Community Smiley Happy 

 

The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 

 

You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. 

 

Currently you have 2 devices registered for use with Sky. Follow the options above to manage these devices and delete the one you no longer want registered. I have added a device change for use to add the new device. Once you've deleted a device, If you try streaming from the one you do want added it should register automatically Smiley Happy
