Sorry to hear that your unable to use the Sky Sports app on your iPhone.
Do you know if the Sky Sports app and the iOS is up to date? I have deleted the iPhone from the registrations. If you can try to stream again for me, this will automatically re-register the device.
If your still having issues, let me know the error code that you get.
Just as a side note make sure your signing in with the primary account information.
