Sky sports app trouble

Hello,
I've had sky sports with virgin media for a while and used the sky sports app for watching sky sports live on the go a lot. The device I am using is a registered device on my account, however when I try to view live sky sports an error message occurs stating my date and time is not set. My phone is on automatic for setting the time and date so I am unsure how to fix this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. Have tried removing and reinstalling the app but still not working, very frustrating.

Thanks for posting!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Sky Sports app.

 

Although the date and time on your phone is automatic, it still may be set incorrectly. Can you check again and make sure:

 

  • The time is set to 24 hour format
  • That the date is in UK format
  • You're set to GMT + 1
  • The language is set to English (UK)
