Sky sports app saying not subscribed

Hi,

I have subscribed to sky sports for a few months now and today my boyfriend tried to log in to the Sky Sports app to watch on his phone. When he signed in, the Sky Sports News channel was highlighted but the other channels aren't. Once he clicked on sky sports 1 it's states that we aren't subscribed to this channel but we are.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and its not working. On the virgin media site we still have 3 available devices to use.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah I have tried that and it says that I have 3 available devices, as stated in the OP.

The app is telling me that I am not subscribed to sky sports although it is part of my package.

After reinstalling the app, were you auto-logged in or did you have to enter log-in details again?  If it remembered you, then sign out & sign back in again.

Have you made any changes to your Sky Premium channels recently?

I have just tried the log out and log back in and didn't work Smiley Sad

No not recently we added the Sky Sports channels around 3/4 months ago.

Hi

I am in the same boat. I've had the app for a while now and it used to work fine - but now it's saying I am "not subscribed" when I know I am and have device slots spare

Any help would be welcomed
