Hi, I have 2 iPhones registered but I cannot watch the movies on either nor the sports on one of them. The app says limit reached but I only have the two. I have checked TV anywhere and it looks and works ok just cannot get the Sky app to view.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to watch Sky Movies nor Sky Sports on one of your devices.
If you check this link, it is an ongoing issue at the moment with other customers affected. There is currently no updates as of yet, however when we do I will let you know.
