Sky device not registering

In trying to find my own solution to a previously posted problem,

and no repsonse from anyoen from VM

Deleted my sky device in the hope it woudl re-register and the problem woudl go away

No such luck!!

Now cant get Sky device to register

Anybody from VM have an answer

As a virgin media customer since Telewest days its getting close to be going to Sky direct

Sky premium channels require Microsoft Silverlight in order to work. Do you have it installed, and is it up to date?

is installed and latest version

Sky used to work without prblems then just stopped working

Cleared history cache etc but will still not register the device
