Sky Sports - "You have reached the limit for registered devices"
I am using TV Anywhere on a laptop and can stream all live channels except Sky Sports.
When I head over to the Sky Sports website and enter my Virgin Media login details, I get the message "You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices. [s:266 / c:1110 / t:6024 / c:4110]". I haven't changed devices for months and Sky Sports used to work fine on my laptop. Has anyone encountered this problem and is there a way to resolve it?
Thanks Crockret. Since I last used TV Anywhere for Sky Sports, my laptop has had Windows 10 and Firefox updates. I guess one of these caused the problem as removing my laptop from the device list and then re-adding it has resolved the problem.
