My iPad is a registered device on my account, and I can use TV Anywhere for most channels. I can't access Sky Sports as the Sky Sports app keeps telling me that the device is not registered.
Can anyone help with this please - I can't call anyone at the moment and there is no email option on the Virgin website...

Apologies to hear that you are having an issue trying to use the Sky Sports app.
The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other.
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
If you remove a device in here, try streaming from the device you do want registered and it should then do this automatically for you.
