I'm really sorry to hear that you're getting an error when trying to use the Sky Sports app.
Sky and TV Anywhere are on different platforms so any changes made to one need to be made to the other too.
Log in to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports
Delete a device you no longer want registered and then attempt to stream from the device you do want registered.
