Sky Sports and Sky Movie App

 

Hi there

I have recently updated my device setting as I have a new ipad. It registered at first and the app was fine. Now it says I have reached my limit of devices and can now longer view.

Do I need to wait until next month to update or can virignmedia update their end?

Any ideas greatly received.

I have spoken with Customer Services and they have rectified the situation. Appeared to be a problem with their system not recognising the update.
