I've just recently bought a new laptop but I am having trouble logging in to the skysports website to stream channels. On 3rd September I logged in to my virgin tv anywhere account and registered my new laptop, as I still had one space remaining.
I can sign in as normal on the skysports website using internet explorer, but when I try to load one of the channels I keep getting the following message:
You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage devices.
I've checked my registered devices again just to double check, and the new laptop is definitely registered. Initially I got a silverlight error message, but after installing it i'm now getting the error message above.
