Since the switch has been made to the Sky Sports dedicated app, I am having issues. I receive a clear picture and sound, the problem is that the sound is out of sync. Even after the recent update to the player, the problem still persists and is really annoying. I have tried everything to resolve this being relatively tech savvy but to no avail.
When watching channels within the Virgin TV Anywhere app online I have no such problems, it is only related to watching Sky Sports channels through the dedicated Sky Sports player on my Macbook and iMac.
