If you can click on that tab and you can then add or remove devices

OK, can you try the following for me:
> Click on the Arrow in the left hand corner to take you back to the previous screen
> Click on the 3 line icon in the top left hand corner again
> In the list that appears you should see 'Sign Out'
> Click on this for me.
Go back to Sign in. Has this made any difference?
It looks as though this worked for @BenD_H when we tried his device a few days ago so here's hoping.

I'm sorry to read about problems when logging into the app. Whenever there are issue it's best to carry out some of the following practices:-

looks like you've reached you maximum number of devices to be registered. Try this:-
Changing registered devices
Then you can register another device, this will take up your single allocation per month, in which I will refresh for you this time.
Thank you for your message back, I think that you might be better off in this instance calling into us on 150/ 0345 454 1111, second one for non Virgin Media lines.

I am a sky sports subscriber (through virgin media) and have the same issue as Gordy66.
