Why can I not get the sound to work on the Sky Sports App. Fed up with watching cricket and no commentary. Have deleted app several times and have reloaded, no improvement.
Go to Answer
Go to Settings
Click on Apps
Scroll to the Sky Sports app
Click on Clear Data & Clear Cache
This will reset the app and should sort out the sound issue.

Sorry to read that there is no sound when watching Sky Sports on your iPad.
The sound on the Sky apps works through the Ringer option rather than the Media, do you know if the iPad has been put on silent at all?
Also check to see if Bluetooth has been enabled, if so try to disable it.

Is the app on an Android or iPhone?
From your homescreen, touch the ‘Settings’ icon
Scroll down to the 'Safari' option
Select the 'Clear History' and 'Clear Cookies and Data' options
I know the link I've provided is for Sky Bet, but the same applies to all apps on iPad / iPhone.
