Sky Go doesn't think device is registered

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble using Sky Go to watch Sky Sports. My device is registered with Virgin Anywhere and Virgin Anywhere works fine. However, when trying to watch Sky Go, I receive this message:

 

"You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices. [s:266 / c:1110 / t:6024 / c:4110]"

 

The Sky help section just tells me to register the device with Virgin - except it is. This is frustrating as a great deal of sport that I'm paying to see is inaccessible to me on Sky Go.

 

I am using Mozilla Firefox 40.0.3. 

 

Any help appreciated!

Hi,

 

Advice on a separate thread worked for me!

 

(Advice was Go to My Profile on Virgin Anywhere, delete a Sky Sports device and then go back to Sky.)
