Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with the Sky Apps.
I've located your account and I can see you registered for the Sky Cinema package on the same day as this post. It can take a little bit of time for the package to activate and fully provision on your account. This may be the reason why the app didn't recognise you as a legitimate Sky Cinema subscriber.
