Streaming Problems

Error Message: Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error

This is normally an issue with Microsoft Silverlight, the programme used by your computer to display this service. Here are some things to try:

  • Make sure you've allowed the add-on in the Plug-ins section of your browser.
  • Set your browser to allow Cookies (or in Safari, never block Cookies).
  • Right click or CTRL Click on the screen and make sure in Silverlight that you've ticked Enable Playback of Protected Content (DRM) in the Playback options.
  • Untick Enable Hardware-accelerated playback. in the same set of options.
  • Turn off any ad-blocking software.

It is possible that if these don't work, that Silverlight is corrupt.

It is suggested that you uninstall and reinstall Silverlight.
