We have had TiVo installed for little over a week now. More often than not when a channel is selected it brings up the message: there is a problem with the signal on this channel. If this keeps happening, can us on 150 from your virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. The only way to get past this message is to keep resetting the TiVo box itself! It's so frustrating. I have phoned the above number and the lady I spoke to had no idea what I was on about, she sent some remote signal to our equipment and assured us it would be fixed within 24 hours which it is not! Anyone have any suggestions?
