Setting up Virgin TV anywhere app

Hey everyone!

I've just switched to the new TiVo box. I downloaded the Virgin TV anywhere app on my iPhone, however when I try to sign in, I am prevented doing so.

I know my log in details are correct since I have successfully logged on to the Virgin Tv anywhere website on my PC.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It can take a few days for the TV Anywhere app to be fully authorised before you can use it.

And if it's an Android phone with the latest v6.0.1 software, it's not yet supported after 6 months of waiting.
