When trying to login into the Android app TV Anywhere I get an error:
Server Error SyncAccount Error:404
Are you on a Wi-Fi connection? TVA doesn't work on 3G/4G.Do you have a TiVo? You can't use the app unless you have one.
I have tried wifi and 4g but with no joy.
Yes I have a Tivo box too.
I don't know what might be causing the issue, but other users have reported that uninstalling & reinstalling the app has fixed this problem in the past.

What is the full make and model of the device you are using?
Is the OS up to date?
Are you using the Primary account to log in on?
Are you able to sign in to anywhere.virginmedia.com using a PC / Laptop or do you get the same error?
