Cant seem to get past the "Checking activation status"
Yes I have manually reset the tivo box. I can view my shows in the app but cant play any.
I have registered what I believe is the device against device registration. Does it have to be the same name as connected devices in the router?

When you sign in to TV Anywhere are you able to stream channel 4?
Your recordings can only be downloaded if you have a V6 box. Currently downloading recordings isn't available via your TiVo®.
Do you have a connection between your hub and box?
