Resetting devices

Hi, yesterday I bought a new tablet and installed VM anywhere, unfortunately after a couple of hours of listening to music the tablet got very hot and started smoking so I had to return it this morning, I have bought another tablet but now I can't use tv anywhere because I have no device changes left this month, is there any way the device change can be returned so I can register my new tablet?

Thanks

Hi Alwalk15,

Sorry for not getting to your post sooner, we've been a little busy recently.

I've added a device change so you can add your new tablet.

All the best! Smiley Very Happy

Re: Resetting devices

Tried that but could only get through to India or somewhere like that, the guy there did'nt have a clue what I wanted, he kept telling me to contact the tablet manufacturer.

Re: Resetting devices

A member of the Forum Team may be able to do this for you but it does take a few days before they respond here.

Calling in tomorrow daytime and selecting the thinking of leaving option should get you to a UK call center. They do much more than handle leavers.

Re: Resetting devices

It's now been five days and still no response from the forum team, I don't think they want to help to reset my device changes. Oh well I will have to wait even longer by the looks of it.
