I have registered my device but the system on return states that the device is not registered
As the laptop only has 1 mac address i do not understand why.
On the first occasion it did work.
I have now tried 3 times and therefore cannot register the device again. Crazy

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue registering your laptop for use with TV Anywhere.
There are a fer things i'd like to check here:
What is the operating system your laptop is running?
What browser are you using to register the device?
Are you using the Primary or Secondary account to log in?
Can you also make sure your browser and Flash player are fully up to date too.
After signing in to the website, what are you trying to do that's throwing up the device not registered message?
