Sorry about the questions I would just like a better understanding of why this is not working for you.
The other laptop that you unregistered was that personal or a business laptop? If it was a business laptop did that work okay? Also you mention the laptop you have is business do you use a VPN at all? If so is that connected at the time of when your trying to register?

Sorry to hear that the laptop is still not working. Normally when you get this issue it can sometimes be down to either the browser or a flash player issue. You have tried IE and firefox to no avail, do you know if flash player is up to date?
At least I know that the old laptop worked fine even though it was a work laptop just like the one you have now. When I checked your account it is showing that you have one device registered to use both TV Anywhere and Sky apps, with one device change and one slot on each.
I've re-sync'd the account to see if that works.
Try this again for me when you get chance and let me know how it goes.
