Registered device

My device is registered but I cannot get any programs to watch just keeps on saying it is not registered I am getting fed up and thinking of at least down grading my virgin package as I only have the one now for getting tv on the go any advice on why I cannot get a service ?

If you have changed or updated your browser or operating system, you'll need to re-register your device. Delete the device from here:

http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/

then re-register it, and you should be in business.

I'm sorry for the issues experienced with our TV Anywhere service.

 

I am currently only seeing one device registered at the moment, if this is still not working for you as per the advice from Crockret, it would be advisable to delete and then re-register this.

 

I have ensured that a change is available for you to complete this action.
