Registered Devices

You have reached your limit for registered devices !! - When ever I try to watch sky sports on my laptop, I'm presented with this caption. I've deleted this device, hoping that on returning to Sky Sports, this would be re-registered, Not the case. Please help

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Sky apps.

 

I've located your account and removed the device in question. There's also a device change ready for you.

 

Can you try adding the device again fro me to see if it's working?
