I recently signed my laptop up to use Virgin TV anywhere however it doesn't work on Chrome. I then tried to sign in on Firefox however it doesnt recognise my laptop as a registered device and says i have to wait a month to change it?

I would like to help and can confirm that Chrome is a browser that doesn't support the TV Anywhere app. In this instance I would like to help and I'd like to allocated you an additional change and apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime.
