Registered Device

I have had a similar problem to many others. I am being told that I can't register a device unti 1st May. I keep being asked to register /change my devices. Anyone would think I was running a branch of PC World. Having managed to get onto TV Anywhere through IE I now find yet another block, devices!. Spoke to Customer Services. After 25 minutes talking to a techie, gave up and will wait until 1st May. In the next few months I will be investigating another provider, Virgin have had enough of my hard earned cash.
