Register two new devices

Last month ( 2 days ago), I de-registered my old iphone and old ipad.

I now have a new iphone - which I registered succesfully.

But my new ipad won't register, because, a message states , I'm only able to change one device a month, but I deregistered both old devices last month, so it should be like when you registered devices for the first time. I'm not very happy having to wait a full calender month to register my othere empty device slot. Smiley Frustrated

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV Anywhere.

 

I've checked your account and I can see you currently have 2 device changes available and no registered devices. Can you try adding your devices again for me to see if you get any issues?

Thx for getting back. I have one device registered to my Iphone7+ , and an empty slot. Strange that your seeing two empty slots ?

I've just double checked my end and it still shows empty. I can see on device registered for the Sky Apps. Have you been able to add your device?

Definitely showing as previous post, one slot take by Grays Iphone 7+ ( registered yesterday) and one empty slot ???

It's to watch sky sports from my virgin package, which I've used on my iPhones and iPads for a few years
