Register Device

Havent been able to use Tv on the Go via web browser because of the terrible software, receive a letter today stating new software being released today, great!

Decide to check it out, clicks channel 'Need to register device', so I register device and proceed to click channel again 'Need to register device'.... hmmm ok, tries again, once more clicks the channel 'Cant register this device'.....

Despite it stating in devices that my pc is registered, in both slots I may add. So now I have no free devices and cant change for a month.

I had the trial app and it worked fine there. VM just need to reset everyone’s devices.

 

@James_W can you get someone to look at this.

IPad app - not browser. I’m asked to re-register an existing device.

I have tried Opera, Edge, IE and Chrome. All experience 'issues'.

Opera and Edge is now just showing a black screen, IE says 'An error has occured'.

Here we go again with virgin messing about it took months to sort out last time they updated the system.

if you are having trouble reply to this post please then perhaps they will take notice once they see how many people it has effected
