Register Device for Virginanywhere

Hi,

I recently updated OS on my MacBook.  Yesterday I was asked to register my device, even though it was the one displayed on the screen as registered.

So I did this, I deleted the device and then registered it again (all on my MacBook as this is what I was wanting to what virgin tv live on) All okay yesterday evening, but tonight I try it on same device, no updates this time!!! and it tells me to do the same thing!!!! but I have used my 'one' change per month yesterday.

Never had this problem before.   whats going on. Can anyone help me?
