I'm sorry to hear that you've been having this reconnecting issue. Even though Three don't offer this service, the setting maybe there to change so double check this.
As soon as the app loads up, do you get an option to sign in or is this where it starts to reconnect?

Have you tried deleting the app and then re-installing the app?
We may need to look at a possible factory reset on the device if that doesn't work.
