Reconnecting error

Hi,

I have the tv anywhere app on my Samsung s5 phone, when I load it up it constantly loops with a reconnecting issue.

I have previously read that turning off the wifi calling setting can correct this problem, but my network (three) doesn't have this option.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to hear from you. 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having this reconnecting issue. Even though Three don't offer this service, the setting maybe there to change so double check this.

 

As soon as the app loads up, do you get an option to sign in or is this where it starts to reconnect? 

 

Let us know so we can investigate further.

It does take me to the sign up page, but when I sign in, it moves to the next page, but just has a blank red screen and constantly reconnects.

Have you tried deleting the app and then re-installing the app? 

 

We may need to look at a possible factory reset on the device if that doesn't work.
