thanks for getting in touch with me ,you said you will move my post to tv anywere will they contact me and let me know whats happening ? and will they keep me posted as to what to do ?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having trouble registering your second device for use with TV Anywhere. Smiley Sad

 

Even though you are able to have a maximum of 2 devices registered, you can only make 1 change per month. If you've used this to add the PC, you would need another change to add the phone.

 

I am able to help you with this though Smiley Happy
