Problems watching sky cinema app device registration

Hi, I'm trying to watch the sky cinema app on my daughters Amazon Fire tablet, however it says I am already using my device registration quota. But my daughters tablet is one of the devices registered on my Virgin Media account! Can't seem to sort it. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks Andrew

Thank you for your post and getting in touch with the Community Smiley Happy

Whenever there is a change to your OS version on any device, this can sometimes trick the TV Anywhere into thinking it's a brand new device, when in all fact it isn't. Re-registering your device would resolve this and if you can take a look at your allowances, I have refreshed them for you Smiley Happy
