Problem with device change

Does anyone know if removing a device on TV Anywhere app counts as one of the allowed changes. I removed a device to add another and now I can't add the new device until next month. It seems ridiculous to have to wait a month between each stage of the change over.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's nice to have a new face in the Community and getting involved. 

 

Apologies to hear you have run out of device changes after removing a device. 

 

This doesn't usually count towards your changes so unsure what happened here. I'll be more than happy to add a change for you to resolve this though. 

 

I have been unable to locate your account and need some information from you so that I can resolve this issue.

 

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.

I have gone into the account to add a device change for you. If you try registering the device now, all should be working.
