Now that you have asked us not to post issues with streaming but rather fill out the Survey Monkey questionnaire as per the sticky, can you please fix it so that the form can be filled out properly?
For example, 22:30 is not a valid time, if you need to fill "Other" as the problem, you need to select one of the other reasons (which is confusing).
I appreciate this is in part to signal to the many, many paying customers who are very dissatisfied with the service that you are doing something to resolve it, but can I make a request - once again- to have a proper update from you that there is a plan to fix the substandard service and what time frames we can expect to see resolution?
We don't have any answers with regards to a resolution as it stands. We are still collecting the data and passing it over.
The team are trying to identify patterns / trends etc and making changes to the service to try and improve things.
So far, we've seen that users using Firefox are seeing a worse quality of stream than those using Internet Explorer. We've also seen that there are some Channel Specific issues with Nat Geo Wild, More 4 and Horror.
That's the only update we have had and the only thing I can offer currently.
