I registered my laptop to watch sky sports yesterday and when I went to watch it again today it says I have no available changes this month and won't let me watch it. And yes I am using Internet Explorer which has been the excuse in the past.

Do you have your browser set to delete cache, cookies and history each time you close it?
Do you have to keep re-registering when using Firefox?
I have added a device change for you to re-register the device again.
