Hi, when I log onto tv anywhere and go to manage devices, it shows me 2 boxes.
I only have 1 box which is shown as connected.
The other box is shown as unconnected, and I'm wondering why its there etc.

It looks as though the phantom box is visible the first time you login and from the second time on wards you won’t see it anymore. Can you double check this is the case for me

Using internet explorer for the web version, I get the 2 tivo's no matter how many times I log in.On the updated android version I can't find anywhere to select tivo's.. maybe it correctly assumes I only have one so doesn't give you the option.

I can see what you mean here and you're right in terms of it selecting the right one, if you only have one, like my home, you dont really see a list
I saw a while back that the 'phantom TiVo' did appear but it wasn't anything to be alarmed about and did not impact any shows. It's something that we'll be aware of and will be working to resolve
