Password Prompt

My secondary account continues to prompt for main account password. Please advise what would cause this and how to resolve permanently. (I don't want to keep updating secondary accounts and devices every couple of weeks.).

Please email me any response - I forgot to check the appropriate box.

Hi davidshenton, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are continually being prompted for the Primary Account password. 

 

This can happen if the device needs to be re-registered due to an update of the app or the device OS. 

 

Is there a set time that this comes up or is it every time? 

 

It's possible that it could be asking for the password if the content selected to stream isn't within the parental controls if they've been set.
