One iPad works the other doesn't!

been using the App on two iPads since we got Virginmedia a few months ago. Suddenly one iPad just continually asks you to log in and then announces 'Communication error'....no indication how to resolve it. One iPad still works fine. Any ideas???

Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with TV Anywhere. Have you ensured you're running the most up to date version of the app, along with the most up to date iOS? It might help to in-install and re-install the app and then re-registering your device, let me know if you don't have enough devices changes.

Don't you just love these totally useless error messages that give you no indication on how to resolve it. Cmon Virginmedia, get your finger out!

Yes...it started to work again on the iPad that it stopped working on, not sure how, but it's working again on both devices, thanks for your help, didn't have to de-register either of them.....gremlins?
