I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to use TV Anywhere so far.
As mentioned by jb66, we only have 1 TiVo® box. If you're not able to watch channels via the app then you could have a V+ or V HD Box instead. In which case you'll need to upgrade to a TiVo® by speaking with the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111.
If you already have a TiVo® box then when you are trying to use TV Anywhere, what errors are you faced with?
