Not recognising password

I use TV Anywhere on my Android Samsung tablet - I use it a lot to see what's on, or to monitor what's being recorded on my TiVO.  Today just now it's refusing to accept my Virgin Media logon and password - which is still working fine on the Virgin Media site. What's happening?

Same, giving a too busy error on iPad and incorrect login on Android

Hi all, 

 

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry that you're having trouble logging into TV Anywhere. 

 

We had an issue with this yesterday evening but it's all resolved now. 

 

Can you let me know if you're able to sign in now please.

I get the same on both an i-hpone and a Kindle. I have only V+, not tivo. Do I need Tivo for it to work on these devices? The Virgin media help line said I did not need it. Please advise?

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Sorry to hear that you are unable to use TV Anywhere on your iPhone nor the Kindle.

 

I can see that a member of the community replied to you in this thread in regards to this issue.

 

In order to use TV Anywhere on these devices you will need a TiVo® box, otherwise you can use the PC or Mac version.
