I only have an iPad, no PC available at home, so no flash player and so NO tv anywhere! When will the problem be sorted? Please do me a favour and don't post the standard answer you have been giving for several days. Will Virgin be adjusting my bill accordingly as I have a reduced service?!
So the channels themselves aren't missing, it's the listings for the channels?
Apologies I was under the impression that it was the channels themselves.
I can see another 2 threads are having the same issue as you but when I'm checking things at this end, I'm not seeing the fault. I've popped an email over to the team to see if there is already a fault raised up for this.
Once I hear back from them, I shall be in touch.
