No streaming channels available on my iPad

I have the virgin tv anywhere app on my iPad however it won't display any streaming channels. It will only allow me to watch programmes through the tv. I have tried all the troubleshooting and I'm still in the same predicament. Can anyone help please.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.

 

Apologies for the issues you have had trying to view the channels in the TV Guide. Currently there is a known fault which we've raised up under reference: F004038362

 

We are working to fix this asap for our customers but in the meantime, you can use the online version of TV Anywhere as the listings remain unaffected. 

 

Once we have any updates, we'll be in touch to let you know.

But Emma, if you only have iPad then there is no flash player and so NO tv anywhere! When will the problem be sorted?

Thanks for posting here Smiley Happy 

 

When I referred to the Online version of TV Anywhere, this means using a PC / Laptop to access TV Anywhere. 

 

The only way you can use the iPad is if you are using the app.
