Why am I getting no sound on some channels when using the app on an iPad? It was fine until last week! Many thanks
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's lovely having a new face in the crowd
As simple as this sounds, make sure you haven't got the sound switch set to silent on the device. This can sometimes turn the volume off to some apps as well as the tones for notifications etc.
If this is on and your volume is turned up, try deleting and re-installing the app to see if this helps.
