No option to register device

Hi - I have only registered one device and my account shows I have one empty slot. But I'm not getting any option to register a second device. I'm using IE but assume it might be something to do with security options etc?? Any help much appreciated

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having trying to register your second device. 

 

So we can look into this a little further, are you using a Laptop or PC?

What OS are you running? 

 

You mentioned you are using Internet Explorer, make sure this is running the latest version and that Adobe Flash is also up to date Smiley Happy

 

When signing into anywhere.virginmedia.com > Device Settings on the new device you want to register then should be the option to register the device next to the available slot. Is this coming up now?
