No device detected

Since the last 2 days, I am unable to watch on demand on my computer. The account was working fine before on the same computer and browser (Firefox). The error is "device could not be detected" and there is no option to register device in the Profile >> Device settings page. I have cleaned all virginmedia cookies from the browser but that did no difference at all.

There is a known problem and VM advise that it will not be fixed until 6pm today

Hi pkolas, 

 

Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere currently. 

 

We're aware there is a fault and we are already on the case to get this resolved. 

 

We'll be posting any updates to this thread here: TV Anywhere online and iOS
